Ghee procured from this milk has Vitamin A, D, and B12. It also contains calcium , phosphorus , rich fats , potassium , riboflavin and 12 percent more protein.
It contains Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) which aids in lowering bad cholesterol , improving overall heart health and helps maintain blood pressure.
How is Faalsa A2 Ghee Made ?
Step 1 :
The calf of the cow is fed first, then the mother is milked.
Step 2 :
The fresh whole milk is then slow boiled over traditional firewood in iron kadhais.
Step 3 :
The milk is then naturally cooled after boiling.
Step 4 :
Milk is then infused with a natural curd starter and kept for fermentation overnight.
Step 5 :
The overnight set curd is then churned using the age old Bilona method to separate the white butter from the buttermilk.
Step 6 :
The Makkhan (white butter) is then washed several times using water after which it is melted and clarified to obtain pure ghee.
